Editor Stacy Chrise-Tritt is the mother of four-year-old Betty, and is a Licensed Local Pastor within the United Methodist Church. She is currently serving two churches within the West Virginia Annual Conference. She completed Pastoral Licensing School through Emory University and will soon undertake postgraduate studies toward a Masters of Divinity.
Stacy previously worked in the hospitality industry as a Franchise Operations Manager, acting as a liaison and guide between corporate and individual hotels for more than sixty mid-scale hotels at one time. She attained that position after starting out as a line-level employee working at the front desk, housekeeping, and as a laundry attendant, being promoted to the front desk supervisor, then to the Sales Manager, then to an Assistant General Manager, a General Manager, and then to a Franchise Operations Manager.
Prior to these undertakings, Stacy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from West Virginia University where she was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta National English Honors Fraternity.
Stacy has been published in several regional magazines and anthologies. Her work has also been recognized on various social media platforms.
For her own pleasure, Stacy is currently writing a young adult fantasy novel, and a modern guide to biblical studies–the two are entirely unrelated, thank goodness.
Stacy has interest and experience in all different styles of dance from ballroom to ballet. She has also studied shao-lin kung fu, philosophy, speech and debate, technical and artistic theatre, and public speaking.
